Lincoln man who employed children faces further sexual assault charges
A man who ran a children’s entertainment business in Lincoln faces further charges of sexual assault.
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A man who ran a children’s entertainment business in Lincoln faces further charges of sexual assault.
Lincoln Police said Graciano Lopez, 42, is now charged with two additional counts of first-degree sexual assault of a protected person, six counts of first-degree assault of a child and one count of third degree sexual assault of a child. .
Lopez was arrested in April on charges of first-degree sexual assault after a 17-year-old boy called state health officials to report that he had been repeatedly abused by his foster parent, identified as Lopez .
Lopez ran a business called Jolly Bean’s Magic Castle at 2332 N. Cotner St. which sold children’s toys, magic supplies and candy, as well as party magic shows and other entertainment services for children, police said.
Police announced Thursday that Lopez also employed children for a lawn care company. They say five boys between the ages of 11 and 14 have made allegations against Lopez.
